- Dalton Zehr winless for the first time in a TUNDRA season but still captures his third TUNDRA title. Zehr had a mechanical issue in Round One that perhaps cost him the win.
- Steve Apel’s last lap pass at WIR in Round 1 is the third time in TUNDRA the lead was captured on the last lap (Gregorich Jr. passed Michael Bilderback on the last lap at Golden Sands in 2014. Bilderback passed Ryan Farrell on the last lap at Slinger also in 2014)
- Four first time fast qualifiers. (Justin Mondeik- Jefferson, Chris Wimmer - State Park, Collin Slife - Golden Sands, John Beale - Dells)
- Three TUNDRA track records broken (WIR (also all-time track record), LaCrosse, State Park)
- Still no two-time winner at LaCrosse Fairgrounds, Golden Sands Speedway or State Park Speedway
- John Beale finishes third in points, captures the Dean’s Satellite Rookie of the Year title – the highest finish by a TUNDRA rookie.
- Young Gun Collin Slife becomes the youngest driver to record a fast time and start a feature when we visited Golden Sands (14y 1m 11d) and then become the youngest driver to lead a lap when we visited Dells Raceway Park (14y 2m 0d)
- Cole Anderson become the young winner in TUNDRA history when he took the checkers at LaCrosse. (19y 6m 14d)
- Chris Wimmer was the first driver in TUNDRAs new race format to sweep qualifying, fast dash and the feature.
- Wyatt Brooks led in only two races this season but the combination of both races catapults him to third in overall laps lead (Zehr-564, Dennis Prunty - 164, Brooks - 134) in TUNDRA. Brooks also became the record holder for most laps lead in 1 race.
- The Championship Round at Dells Raceway Park tied a record for recording five leaders in one race.
- A total of 62 teams recorded points during the season
