Day one of entries have been completed for the 5th annual ICEBREAKER 100 and Hubertus, WI driver John DeAngelis Jr. a ARCA Midwest Tour regular, was the first overall entry for the 2019 ICEBREAKER 100 which means he will be the last car to quailify on Sunday afternoon April 7th. So far 23 drivers have entered the upcoming event on the first day of registration & its a regular who's who of short track racing. Four ACRA Midwest Tour Champions are on the opening day list which includes 2018 Tour Champion and 2018 Alive for 5 Trickle 99 & WCS Winner Dalton Zehr, Andrew Morrissey former Tour Champion & 2016 Winner of ICEBREAKER 100, along with the Minnesota duo of Dan Fredrickson & Johnathan Eilen who captured the Alive for 5 Dairyland 100 at DRP in 2018. 15 year old Gabe Sommers fresh off Finishing 2nd in points to Bubba Pollard at Speedweeks, New Smyrna FL a couple week ago has enterered. Ten time & defending Golden Sands Speedway Champion Mark Eswein has entered along with Ryan Farrell, the 2018 Wisconsin Challenge Series Champion. The 2018 Alive for 5 Champion & past Slinger Nationals Champion Dennis Prunty will be on hand. 2018 Winner of the Joe Shear Classic at Madison International Speedway Austin Nason has entered along with 2018 Wisconsin International Speedway Champion & 2018 TUNDRA Series Champion Casey Johnson, plus talented list of track champions, feature winners, fan favorites & hard chargers, MG Gajewski, Jeff Storm, Michael Bilderback, John Beale, Jim Olson, Nick Murgic, Tim Lampman, Robby Iverson, Barndon Hill, Jordon DeVoy, Grant Griesbach, Jake Zellmer and more.
