Dalton Zehr and the Gildan Racing team put together a determined performance last night at Elko Speedway, bringing home a seventh-place finish in the Midwest Tour event. Facing a highly competitive field of some of the Midwest’s top Super Late Model drivers, the team worked hard throughout the night to stay in contention and secure a solid top-10 result.
Zehr showcased his consistency and racecraft at the tight Elko bullring, navigating traffic and adjusting to changing track conditions while keeping the No. 119 machine in the mix. The result marks another step forward for the team as they continue to build momentum during the Midwest Tour season.
“It’s always fun to race at Elko and measure yourself against this level of competition,” Zehr noted after the race. “Our team battled hard, and while we wanted a little more, a top-10 is something to build on. We’ll keep digging and aim higher at the next one.”
With another strong finish added to the record books, Gildan Racing now shifts focus to the next Midwest Tour stop, carrying confidence and determination into the remainder of the schedule.
